I thought it was impossible for foreigners to drive in China. Did you get a chinese driving licence ?

Yes, I have a Chinese drivers license. You can get one if you have a residence permit here and if you have a foreign drivers license. You need to do a health examination and pass a written exam (in illegible English with very strange questions – I probably should have blogged about it).
